In a few years, these cards will be worth as much as the cards they gave out during the first Pokemon movie.

I bet the theater event-exclusive trading card of I Choose You Ash Cap Pikachu will have its value reach stratospheric levels before 2020.

So this is why I keep seeing those giant Pikachu dolls at GameStop! I see these over there all the time, and they go for $50. Of course, I already have Pikachu dolls so I'm good there, plus my mom won't let me buy anymore stuffed animals, especially ones at that price. But they sure are nice to hug!

I’ve thought about getting the plush! The hat that comes with it is large enough for (with the intended purpose of) a human head to wear. The card that was given out at the movie is adorable and my partner isn’t into Pokémon like me, so I got TWO QR codes and cards

Though it has been many moons since last I played the game, I'd think that a 100HP move is perhaps too powerful for a Pikachu, is it not?

Which is honestly not much, as the tournament players market dwarfs the collectors market in terms of influence over pricing (due to the fact that tournament players want 4 of a particular card whereas a collector only wants 1).
I don't think these will ever reach the prices for Ancient Mew though, one of the few cards in the TCG that has shot up in price without influence from tournament participants.

It isn't. It requires 3 Lightning Energy and requires you discard them all upon using the move. You can only attach an Energy card once per turn, so under normal circumstances, this means you can only use Thunderbolt once every three turns, and this is if you always have Lightning Energy to attach and you always attach it to Pikachu. With only 70 HP, it's not going to last three turns. Thunderbolt is more of a last-ditch move.
There are Energy accelerators out there, allowing for faster equipping of Energy, but the fact remains that you discard these, so if you were to center a deck around Ash's Pikachu's Thunderbolt, you'll need to have a means of Energy acceleration, a high amount of Lightning Energy, and a means to fish them out of the discard pile. And I would recommend something to help Ash's Pikachu last more than a turn or two, as attacks that do 70 or more damage are now extremely common. There are Pokémon that require discarding Energy and are better than Ash's Pikachu (such as more damage or higher HP).
The prevailing deck type for the past several years has been the sort where you can do high damage for low Energy reqiuirements if you fulfill some other requirement, as the space you'd take up by Energy cards could be used for Pokémon or other cards. For instance, the Night March deck, used in Generation VI, requires only 2 Colorless Energy and does 20 damage times the number of Pokémon in the discard pile that also has the move Night March. As there are three cards with the Night March attack, and the deck is focused on sending them immediately to the discard pile, Night March can potentially do up to 220 damage per turn (11 Pokémon with Night March in the discard pile, 1 as the attacker), and even in less-than-ideal conditions, Night March would continue to grow in strength without you needing to attach more Energy. An extreme example used Gyarados in the Stormfront set, which for 0 Energy, does 30 damage times the number of Magikarp in the discard pile. There was a card at that time (forgot which) that lets you play an Evolved Pokémon as a Basic Pokémon, and the deck would search for all 4 Magikarps and discard them, allowing for a 120-damage attack without the need for Energy cards at all (and indeed, the deck had no Energy cards).

The QR Code for Ash's Pikachu has no limit on its use—it can be used for as many times as it's needed.
