Oh good, it's coming to the same Michigan theater the Mahouka movie did. Not that bad of a drive.

Yeah, the Maple Theater has been pretty active with regards to anime movie showings for some time now. Interesting that the showings are all around 11 AM instead of the more common 10-11 PM time slot this time around.

Welp. Guess I won't be seeing that. I'm not a big enough Fate fan to drive 2+ hours to Dallas Houston to see a movie about it.

Not even Chicago? Damn, this was going to be my motivation to watch the series, but with no showings near me and the eventual price gouge for the Blu-ray, I may be better off without it lol

Hmm, I live in the Los Angeles area, and $25 to see the movie is rather steep.

No St Louis, no Chicago, and no Indianapolis means the closest is over 12 hours away. Wow. That's some awful arrangement for the Midwest.

Annnnnnnd surprise, surprise, there's nothing in Memphis.
I'm starting to think Aniplex really doesn't like us. Perhaps it's because of all those nasty things I said about Henry Goto in the past.

Did they show Ordinal Scale? I made the mistake of only paying attention to Canadian theaters and didn't want to make the 4 hour drive to Toronto to see it. Mahouka being US only made me remember that I should check across the river and sure enough there's a theater 45 minutes away.
Mahouka had a decent crowd but I bet HF's is going to be packed. Going to have to grab tickets as soon as they're available. Good thing it has pre-assigned seating.

Given that they're completely missing the greater Seattle area, and Seattle is one of the larger areas for anime in the US, this has to be a preliminary list.

I don’t understand why they’re not going the Fathom Events option for this movie. 12 out of 50 states is absolutely pathetic for a series as popular as Fate. Really hope they add more theaters to this, otherwise I am not going to be able to go.

Jeez. I thought I could afford to wait a bit to buy the ticket, but they already sold most of the seats, so I had to take a seat near the front. I haven't sat in the front rows since I saw Ordinal Scale and had to crane my neck to see the subtitles. Hopefully they won't be on the top of the screen this time.
