Actually the tweet said these were for duvets, which will go for 9000 yen. Additionally they said they're doing regular pillow covers which will cost 3000 yen, but they didn't confirm if those would have the same illustrations that are being teased here.

I wrote this article. Can you tell me where you found this other information about them being duvets and pricing? I'm not seeing it in a tweet. The embedded tweet doesn't actually confirm what they are.

MyFigureCocllection is also stating that the teased color Yuri is a pillow case and not a hug pillow, while the other two are Quilt (Duvet) Covers.
