I think these sort of titles tend to fire up non-Japanese fans to start fantranslating stuff. IMO they all do sound interesting though.

I'm not sure when the long-titled light novel trend got started, but it certainly DID get a boost from "Ore no Imouto [redacted]," which parodies titles found in eroge, which themselves echo titles found in live-action pornography.

I'll be honest, if I wasn't almost 99% the mom gimmick was just there for the MILF aspect, I think I'd get a kick out of the idea of some high school kid being dogged by his mom who keeps nagging him and doing embarrassing parent things even in a fantasy world while also saving his life from time to time a la Momma Bear mode.
Then again, given that anime and manga tend to portray moms more as beatific saints than as actual moms (ERASED is one of the few exceptions that stands out in my mind), I'm not super hopeful that particular title is going to have much going for it even with the mom angle. ^^;

Coffee Samurai did "reincarnated as a vending machine" really well, with a great dose of humor, and dashes of action and romance, but it was only a 30 minute OVA. Wonder if the light novel author was "inspired" by it and what they'll will do with the concept.

Yeah, starting a stuck-in-an RPG adventure with a Momma Bear mom sounds like it could be fun, probable incest implications less so. Did sister fetishism get too tame? (*shudder*)
Wanna take bets on which of these will rise through the ranks of popularity and get multiple adaptations?

As hilariously stupid as some of these are, I'd like to see what Would You Like Me if I'm Cute but Slutty? is about. Especially if it's a female character who can fit both descriptors with how rare that's pulled off. This shit makes Is It Wrong to Try and Pick Up Girls in A Dungeon sound normal by comparison.

I remember an ANN Article a few months back that mentioned a writing contest where everyone ended up entering a Fantasy / Reincarnated themes. Guess some of them got published.

Way to kill the concept before it even became a thing. No red blooded male wants "real" moms in their fiction.

Oh god I think the long title trend is actually working, the longest one sounds like the most interesting. Or maybe it's because it's the only one that isn't 'I teleported into a fantasy world' and doesn't sound sexual.

It's actually fairly decent. In short and not to spoil too much, a vending machine otaku dies trying to save a vending machine from Truck-sama's ever loving embrace and then gets sent into another world as a vending machine that has to sell items to remain alive, as it were.
