And I thought Eva got bad sometimes with the excessive merchandising this really is the cheapest branding, slap some art on the box and jack up the price and call it a day. Merchandising can be great and all but at least put some effort into it.

The Madoka Magica headphones are great with the nice phrases from Kyubey and the Magical Quartet, but the marketing of them is woefully underwhelming.

It's like those anime themed PlayStations, that just have the name of the series on them.
Be nice if the headphones had our Magical Girl's symbols on them. Hook your iPod to your own headphones, and you can listen to the Magical Girls all the time for hours on end if you want. Which is a better deal than what you get with this. Your significant other or kids will probably throw the box away, when you are not looking, thinking it is garbage. |

Denon started as the electronics branding of Nippon Columbia, I've got a nice cassette deck of theirs from about 1992. I agree the effort on these headphones is lackluster at best.
