But s/he is probably an important character, considering the android person is on the cover image.

I thought it was going to be blue ponytail girl, but if this new protagonist is anything like Hinata, she probably has a bunch of interesting secrets.

All the game's cover arts have generally included the entire cast on them.
I personally like to believe this is just a placeholder to keep from revealing too much about the game....could be wrong though.

I am more disappointed that the protagonist is not the black haired girl on the cover.... Just another bland looking mc like Naegi and Hinata.... I guess it's the clothes, I mean if you look closely the new MC looks like Sonia tbh, so yeah

I can tell you stopped watching after episode 2, because that was a fakeout. She didn't actually die, she was covered in tomato sauce and had a toy knife placed on her chest.

Summer at the earliest next fall/early winter at the the latest.
