So not Digimon with Digimon branding?
I feels a little weird to just not make Appmon it's own thing. Unless they will be having Appmon be a weird new bread of Digimon, with Digmon still being a thing in that universe. Though if Digimon aren't a thing, then I stand by it being weird having the branding. |

I'm not a fan of the Appli Drive, it to busy with it colors. I think it be better if they use a smartphone design for the Digivice.
I sad they not using the Digimon levels anymore, it feel so odd without it. Anyway, I hope Appmon is a good Digimon spin off. |

I realize to an extent this can be said of all Digimon anime, but it seems from the description like they're not even trying to hid the advertisements anymore. The Search App monster? Why not just call it Googamon and be done with it?

Looks like Gacchimon is supposed to be Gatchmon since that's what's written on the Appli Drive and pretty much everywhere else in the video (bio, backgrounds) and being said. There is one spot towards the start of the video where his name is written "Gacchi mon" but that was likely an error that wasn't caught.

Levels haven't really mattered for a while now for at least the last three series Frontier, Data Squad, and Xros Wars. Mega digimon don't mean a thing and can be easily taken out by digimon who are supposed to be around champion to maybe ultimate level. Hell in Data Squad the human main character can just falcon punch multiple mega evolution digimon to death. I remember in an episode of Xros Wars one of the villains of the week digimon was freaking Lucemon Chaos Mode the main villain from Frontier who not even the two main characters from that series in their strongest individual evolutions could defeat yet in Xros Wars he was defeated quite easily by the main character. |

This doesn't even look like a digimon series and if they didn't say this was a digimon series in the article I would have guessed it was a rip off series.

Somehow this seems like Digimon's version of Megaman EXE or Megaman Starforce anime.
I could imagin him saying "Plug in" or "Denpa Henkan (fill in name) On Air" It's the same movements with a device that loods almost the same. Just hope the story isn't the same thing, though its starting to sound like it, but only the finished product will tell. |

I would kill for another good Digimon anime but the last one I enjoyed was Tamers and partially Frontier and savers

This really doesn't feel like a Digimon series at all and I got to ask if the word Digimon is ever going to be used in this series at all.
If the series is what I expected it to be, something tells me I would rather stick with Digimon Adventure Tri instead. |

I just hope Digimon characters(not human) is designed by Kenji Watanabe. He is the only one that make Digimon so badass. Apparently Omegamon Zwart Defeat and Omegamon Alter-B design are his latest work for Digimon World: Next Order.
