I can't really say I'm too familiar with Tessho Genda, although I'm sure I've heard his voice in at least something before. I imagined Kaido having a loud and deep voice when first seeing him in the manga. Although not quite on topic, I think it's pretty funny that I actually predicted a couple of voices on characters spot on when I first saw them in the manga. First time we actually got to see Ceasar Clown in the manga, I thought Ryusei Nakao fits this guy perfectly, and of course they ended up getting him to voice him. Laughing I was pretty happy about that. Then when Cavendish first showed up in the manga I was like, "I can totally imagine Akira Ishida's voice coming out of this guy. He just seems like a character that he would voice." I also may have predicted Jouji Nakata voicing Hody Jones, but it's been so long that I can't remember clearly.

I was expecting Nakao too! I thought the character was similar to Mayuri from bleach and Toei seems to get a lot of veterans to voice important characters for OP.
