Wixoss is way too much like Magic the Gathering anyways - hence why I nicknamed the series "Madoka the Gathering"
I'll definitely be giving L&L a shot.

WIXOSS isnt made by Bushiroad, its made by TakaraTomy who also makes Duel Masters. The reason Bushiroad games usually come to America is probably because they already release the games in Singapore in English so there is no additional cost to translate and manufacture English cards, they just give us the Singapore!English cards.
The TCG market in America is at a weird place currently. In Japan its still thriving with dozens of different card games, but here it seems unless you already have a foothold like YGO, Pokemon, and Magic, you'll go out of business in a year like Kaijudo did.. With the rise of those digital pay to win card game apps and watered down LCGs, theres not much market here for traditional physical card games anymore, and from what I hear Wizards of the Coast has been struggling as well which is why they moved to smaller blocks. Bushiroad games exist in the west thanks to the other nonJapanese markets in Asia.
I will probably check this game out. I already collect Vanguard and Fire Emblem Cipher cards, so a third game wont break my wallet too much.

A shame too. Takara Tomy has a close relation with Hasbro, and since Wizards is owned by Hasbro they could have released Wixoss as a Japanese complement to Magic. Oh well. Aside from a couple game shops the only card games I really see in stores are Yugioh, Pokemon, Magic, DBZ, and sometimes Force of Will anyways. Hopefully this L&L plays better than Vanguard.

Here's hoping Luck & Logic will fare better than Duel Masters, in which, unless I'm mistaken, the popularity of its TCG went on a free fall after its anime show was abruptly shut down.
