Holly f**k the trailer was AMAZING!!! The visuals, The dungeon design and the Tokyo exploration. But Atlus straight up lie to us about 2015 release window.

So is it delayed for 2016 in NA as well? I assume it must be (I can't imagine Atlus would release it in NA before Japan), but Siliconera says it is delayed in Japan and doesn't mention NA. http://www.siliconera.com/2015/09/17/persona-5-will-release-in-japan-in-summer-2016/

sadly I'm not the least bit surprised, games like these never get their intended release date and are always pushed back by something. I wouldn't be surprised if SMT x Fire Emblem and fire emblem fates are affected in some way as well

nice line-up. i hope Aki Toyosaki is going to voice the twin loli attendants. as for the delay... yea, it isn't even surprising at this point so w/e. another 6 months is nothing at this point

That is a pretty awesome cast. The English one should be just as good.
That said, I can live with the delay. In this case, it's probably better to have a perfect game next summer than to have a buggy and unplayable mess this winter. |

You mean like "Duke Nukem Forever?" Last month, ATLUS said NA will get it by the end of 2015. Of course, they won't give us an exact release date either. I guess they want to wait until they're done with "Persona 4 Racing" or some BS like that. |

More like Team Fortress 2 (one of the few cases of a game actually making it out of development hell in good condition). Of course, as far as I know, Atlus doesn't have a reputation for protracted development like Valve, Gearbox, or Square Enix do. |

that dark haired guy with the fox-like mask reminds me of Jun; i wonder if he'll join the party later or if he'll just be a minor villain, since he doesn't get as much screen time as the others.

Well yeah, I'm not surprised that the date is 2016.
Still, there's more information to come on the Persona 5 stream I believe. And that trailer is too damn good. |

Nice voice cast there and the visuals are nice, I'll be picking this up on PS3 next Summer. It also seems to be much darker than Persona 4.
