I hope this doesn't end up being like "Persona 5," where they'll say that America will get it by the end of the year, but the year is more than halfway over and we don't even have a Japanese release date yet.

I literally got my PS4 today. FF-Reishiki branded, too.
I can't wait to plug it in and play both the FFXV demo (assuming it's there--this is a used copy) and Type-0 again. But first, I need to clean my apartment... and it's almost 2am already... haha... |

An announcement of an announcement isn't exactly my favorite type of information. Makes me uncertain of the state of progress on the game as of now. I think they should wait until things are firm and closer to when they want to release the game to announce it.

They have already said that FF15 will be a simultaneous release of the Japaneses and English version. |

a friend told me there are female party members.. which i hope so..
since I'm not really interested in this game at all from the gameplay video i saw.. a group of pretty boys in a car on a drive

From both a PR and business standpoint, I think that this is a joke. When you have a highly-anticipated title, having fans wait 6+ more months for the release date is potentially rude and unprofessional.
