IF all accounts are correct and Konami want's out of the main console platforms to focus on moblie, they should just get it over with and stop using economic subterfuge and beating around the bush, rip it off like a band aid and go suck up the mobile space.
Kojima's games have been the staple there for years, and they treated him like trash and now people bit back, they got really lucky the game is being received well, cause if it was even a little bad...the company's reputation would be shot. Good on this retailer for not standing behind a curtain, Kojima's company worked on this game, like all the others, and deserve credit. |

Well deserved! To Konami. I really really really hope they go out of business soon after discovering how they treat their staff. Sickening.
Thank god Kojima put up the middle finger so high they had to fire him. After I buy MGS 5, I will be saying FFFFFFFUUUUCCCKKKK YOU KONAMI . |

if people hate Konami.. then don't buy their games
if the company can't sell enough games to stay afloat they will go under like other game companies MGS is a well known series.. as long they stick to the same formula it will be fine with or without hideo $89 for a game? Here's the thing though Konami doesn't just make "video games" so that alone won't hurt them. |

Also MGS is an awkward case, because it's such an old franchise that people have a fondness for it's hard to tell them not to buy a continuation of a franchise you've invested so much in. For Example EA, Around the time of Mass Effect 3, EA had some issues but for people that had already invested hours in 1 & 2 it's hard to tell them not to play three at all because EA had issues with other games. |

if MGSV sale # is rock bottom... let see if there's a sequel after. and if every single game they published failed to sell then they will pull out of the gaming industry soon or later if people hate them.. don't buy their products it's funny to me with the reactions of BLEEP konami.. yet heading out to buy their latest product.. that's like those people who hate apple yet they own Apple's latest laptops,smart phones, tablets, etc..

Though I don't like the decision of removing Kojima's name from the game & the case. I wonder sometimes if it wasn't Kojima himself who asked for that, though, if ti was, he wouldn't retweet it, would he.
Anyway, they said (or he said) that everything would be explained when the game came out, so soon we will know something. Aaaand, good job Australia, even though you are the picky one with the videogames. |

Exactly. I'll be buying this for Kojima, because Kojima and his team made this. Even if all that money goes to Konami, I don't care. If they dare release another MGS title after this (they most certainly will), without Kojima, then they'll get none of my money. |
