Hi, my name is João and I'm a musician/composer.
The fact is I want really bad to make music for Animes so I tought I could ask your advise on how to get in touch with some Anime studios. Since this website is so complete and full of info, I guess I'm at the correct place Does anyone have some contacts of studios to share or have any idea on how can I contact them? Thank you for your help, João http://www.sonicdaze.com |

Yeah I don't have an exact phone number or anything but I do have a few websites you might want to check out... perhaps? FUNimation ADV Films Gonzo As those are only three companies out of a slew of them I'm not sure if that was help of not. However I'll just add something - if companies want a composer I'm sure they would post job openings on websites like Monster. And, in most cases, Anime News Network posts reports saying companies are looking for someone to work for them. Sure other members will help you further... |

Hello Sevandija,
I'm a composer for anime and would be happy to answer any of your questions. I work at Funimation and also write music and produce sound design for various video game projects. My website, Madsen Studios, has 28 listening and 9 video samples that can show you want I'm capable of. It can be hard to break into a career like this, but with hard work, a good amount of talent and some luck, you should be able to find some work. I'm always glad to help another composer out! |

You should start to show the anime media some of your skills before you start to go into composing for Anime's and such, it's actually really complicating to get into a role like that, unless your music fits right into what the Director wants
