Lupin III: From Siberia with Love- $18.48
One Week Friends- $33.48
Devil Survivor 2 Blu-Ray- $22.28
Amagami SS (both sets)- $1.90 (used gift card to cover most of cost)

If I recall, this was the month I spent over $550 on anime last year. Still a costly month, but not as ludicrous with spending as last year. Have a few pre-orders I'm expecting for next month and may try getting Tokyo Ravens since the second set came out today. Shall see how July goes.

I just now decided to do June's when I saw I forgot May's. Not quite sure what I bought, but I can tell from the size of the charges it was one item at a time.
May 2015:
Manga: $15.66
May 2015 total: $15.66
May YOY: -$93.46
June 2015:
Anime: $18.22
Manga: $53.32
Movie ticket: $16.25
GotAnime renewal: $12.00
June 2015 Total: $99.79
June YOY: $43.47
2015 YTD Total: $537.09
2015 YTD YOY: -$319.92
A very light May, but a more active June. Except for a few figures, I've got nothing more preordered, so I've clearly got to step up my game.

Another month's come and passed. Here we go...
Noragami- $45.74
Inari Kon Kon- $35.98
Creamy Mami (all four sets)- $239.96
Galaxy Railways- $14.00
Moon Phase- $15.49
Un-Go Blu-Ray- $23.49
Tokyo Ravens- $81.55
July 2015 Total: $456.21
YTD Total: $1965.00
Total Around This Time Last Year: $2043.95
Yeesh, Creamy Mami dented my wallet quite a bit this month. Only title I've got left for pre-order is The Troubled Life of Miss Kotoura and I'm not sure what my plans are next month with purchasing since my employment situation has yet to change. -_-

Wow, people must be in denial about their spending xD
Here's my year end damage. I've managed to stay under £2k for the first time in a while.
Year end total: £1938.74
Manga: £1188.31
Manhwa: £46.63
Novels: £50.75
Anime: £183.42
Merch: £419.03
Other: £50.60
(artbooks and live action)
Compared to 2014 where I spent £2382.26. I've been cutting down on the amount of manga I've been buying.

@st_owly
Most of the people who started this thread are gone. I've still got all my figures. I'll see if I can put something together for the year.

I don't keep itemized lists breaking down everything I bought, but a cursory flip through my email receipts suggests that I spent exactly $820 in 2015 through RightStuf and Amazon. This covers physical anime, manga, light novels, model kits, GotAnime, maybe a couple other things peripherally related that were mixed in. That's quite a bit lower than previous years, largely related to the fact that I was pouring a lot of my income into paying off student loans (which I did!).
I don't have a good way of easily calculating how much I spent in the Viz Manga app. It's at least another $150 though, plus another $26 for the SJ Alpha sub. Then there's also my CR and Funi subscriptions so that's probably another $120 or so.
Edit: Also +$30 for 1 year ANN subscription, as noted below.

@Saffire
Big congratulations on paying off your student loans. I understand a lot of people are going to let their children pay them.
Don't forget your subscription to ANN, did you pay that this year?

My totals for the year:
Blu-ray sets: 65 for $2859.81 down from 75 last year
DVD sets: 17 for $493.21 way down from 44 last year but similar to the 19 for 2013
Manga: 402 volumes for $3422.41
Novels: 22 volumes for $20.76 up from 11 last year
Figures: 13 for $766.33 down from 22 last year
Subscriptions: $189.97 for ANN, Crunchyroll and Funimation
Manhwa: 6 for $67.16 down from 12
Magazines (Magami and New Type) 5 each for a total of $141.10
Total for the year: $8160.75
I didn't try to figure tax this year but it would be about 5.3% on most everything. Shipping was minimal.
For comparison:
2010 $8068
2011 $8120
2012 $8896
2013 $7380
2014 $9482
Pretty much an average year for me. I didn't buy as much sale merchandise this year which is why DVDs are so down.

I usually only post in this thread for end of year totals, but...its kind of quiet around here. Well anyways its that time of year once again. I'm cheating a little this year since I'm not including 2 of my orders from RS at the end of December that haven't been charged or shipped yet. So I will include those for 2016 instead. For comparison I will include previous years:
2010: Too painful to add up
2011: $2283.80
2012: $1783.40
2013: $1106.58
2014: $762.41
2015: $1437.33
After getting a handle on my spending for 2 years in a row I broke my budget this year big time. 2016 isn't off to a great start if I include those 2 orders from RS, the FMA CE from Amazon, and another pre-order that hasn't charged or shipped yet then I'm looking at $400 for January and its only the first week. Some self flagellation I think is in order.
