The amount of censorship could make or break this arc. If A1 decide to cut out all the nudity, which, was actually needed in this arc as it wasn't just plain fan service , it served a purpose of humility and torture, then I dread to think how bad this arc will get animated.
I have faith, but so far I'm on the fence. |

A-1 are gonna cut it pretty close, since the manga is just finishing that arc.

I have to disagree, this arc was just a little short, about 20 chapters, then the grand magic games arc. That was almost fifty episodes long, so my guess, it will probably be over 30 or more episodes at minimum. |

Well if 4eps are for those one shots for the mangas thne that leaves at less 5 to 10eps for nothing but fillers

my guess, since they said they were adapting the second light novel, after that will probably be the sunshine village arc, which will probable be 4 or 5 episodes, then tarturus. I do not know how long the light novel is to guess how many episodes, but i am going to guess they will try to stretch it to make the anime last longer so it wont catch up to the manga

I expect that they will just include the Sun Village arc in with the Tartaros arc, considering the Tartaros arc was shorter than the GMG arc and what most people probably guessed.
People who don't read the manga, you will get a few BIG surprise at the end of the Tartaros arc. Be warned lol. |

I highly doubt it, considering spoiler[the anime added a scene with Flare rescuing Lucy. Why else would this happen if not to set up their friendship in the Sun Village arc? After all, Flare's apology scene from the manga was only adapted into the fifth OVA and not the TV anime, so those who couldn't watch the OVA need some context...] |
