It's pretty weird that almost everyone's CV changed, but i'm glad that Kaito's the same.

Could have expected the changes in voice actors because it's a different studio after all but luckily Kappei is still there

But isn't the anime studio changing? I didn't know that had anything to do with voice actors.

You forgot the fact that A-1 Pictures is doing the animation.

I'm not entirely sure how it all works out but this is the first time a different studio has been involved with the Detective Conan/Magic Kaito franchises so I can't help but feel that it has something to do with that but I can only guess.
I don't mind the changes though. Hell, Aoko has had 3 different VA's already and now a 4th joins in xD

I agree. The actors from the special (and before) were awesome. The thing I'm most upset with is Hakuba's VA change. Mamoru's a good actor, but I don't know if I can get use to "Kira" or "Tamaki" voicing him.

Yes, same here!
So if Hakuba should turn up in Detective Conan again it'll be Miyano now or Ishida...

Well having Kappei Yamaguchi as Kaito is the most important part for me, the other seiyuu from the specials were perfect fit IMHO but i am ok with a change. Though i wonder if these changes will also apply to Detective Conan as well if these characters appear later on ?

Ooh yes Miyano! I've seen the old Magic Kaito series and Ishida did Suguru's role well but knowing Miyano, he could pull it off.

I'm super grateful that it's still gonna be Yamaguchi Kappei doing Kaito, and I'll look forward to A-1's work

A-1 is pretty good. They did Shinsekai Yori, Uchuu Kyoudai and Gin no Saji excellently.
