Isn't this guy actually better known for his hentai works?

I know Air Gear and Tenjo Tenge have their four fans apiece but his Silky Whip! was a bigger draw than either.

Oh! Great has some amazing art work, it would be cool to see his style be adopted more in games.

Air Gear was pretty awesome, although the end got really confusing. lol

To be honest, that's how both his major works go. He takes really simple premises and turns them into sprawling epics. I mean, at it's heart Air Gear is about rollerskates!!!!

Also, this is just my opinion, but page for page I believe that Oh Great! is the best artist on the manga scene at the moment. Maybe not the best story-teller but definitely the best artist.

Wouldn't his "mainstream" work have bigger print runs, just because they're not tagged adults-only?

I'm sure they had larger runs, but honestly, do you think they actually sold a significant portion of those runs? I don't. And TT needed to be reprinted as its uncut version to even sell the few copies it did. I bet Silky Whip outsold both titles combined.

Cause honestly, Oh! Great is best when his characters are naked.
