Seems logical. E3 is an American convention TGS is when most Japanese guys are gonna roll out their stuff and prioritize their own market.

And new footage for a game that has been in (some kind of) development for 8 years. I sure hope there would be some footage. Sorry, that's pathetic. They re-announce the game with a promise that there will be steady info. It's bad enough when you have to re-introduce a game and even worse when you are unable to keep up the momentum. There hasn't been a steady amount of info and thus it is hard to believe them when they say "oh sure development is fine" "yeah development is fine for this 8 year old game that we've hardly been able to show anything for". Did'nt Hashimoto say they wanted to show the game at the best time for the fans? Well gee wouldn't E3 be the best time? The time people are excited for new game info. You're game is already a joke and instead of showing people that it basically actually exists you have empty words of "it's coming" and "please be excited". Nothing to show for it though.

I am rpg fan I knew Square enix disappoint us do they care about anymore where is new stuff they added on xv and kh3, I'm hoping playable female characters in xv

Already this sounds like BS. We got a small preview for KHIII at the end of the trailer for 2.5 HD Remix, and if I recall, they said that there wouldn't be anything about FFXV last year either (well, they said 'Versus XIII' because they weren't calling it that anymore).

Lighting!?!? Really is there more Lightning? I'm a fan of the 13 trilogy and even I think she's had her day. |

You can never have too much Lightning. I hope she becomes like Cid and Biggs/Wedge and is in every future FF game from now on. |

No I think everyone has had too much Lighting. Those XIII games continually declined in sales everywhere. Another game would do even more poorly compared to the already poor LR.
Don't even attempt to bring up that XIII and XIII-2 are the best selling PS3 games in Japan. That says more about the brand and consoles in Japan, not the XIII series. There is what a 50% drop in sales from XIII to XIII-2? I think an even higher drop in sales from XIII-2 to LR. No, this is not the norm for FF sequels. We don't need anymore XIII games. |

You are correct, FFXIII-2 was actually above norm in it's carry over percentage X: 6.6 Million X-2: 4 Million 40% drop Tactics: 2.4 Million Tactics Advanced: 1 Million 60% drop XII: 5.2 Million XII Revenant Wings: 1.04 Million 80% drop VII: 10 Million VII Crisis Core: 1.5 Million 85% drop Pretty impressive to hit 2nd place. I suppose that is the staying power of the game, or perhaps Lightning's given she was considered the most popular Final Fantasy female. A nice accomplishment! |
