Here's my guess: the first series used around 33 chapters of the manga, the current total chapters is at 56.
So I'd say they need around 10 chapters more for another 25 episodes season, thats 10 months since it takes a month for each chapter to be released. So probably around february/march they will begin making a new season 2 to air in April 2015? What do you think?
It sounds too long for me..

That's probably what they're doing. I have it Fall 2015, which would be timed with the 2 movies coming out in winter 2014 and probably summer 2015.

You're right, we need more anime with more depressing atmospheres, and more mysteries, and more twists that make you scream in anticipation of the next episode.... OH WAIT!

30 / 36 = 83.33% sell-through rate
I think next volume will get 3m first print run.

If this had 70 volumes it would have the same sales. Just saying. At least Hajime knows when he will quit, unlike Oda .

Now, now. No need to respond to a weak provocation with an even weaker provocation.

I need to review my spreadsheet.
"30.37 million copies as of April 20"
I only registered 26,987,952. With this amount, Titans have sold 5,732,375 in 2014.
But if I use 30.37m... , it's already 9m in 2014, which is nuts.
Maybe spin-offs are included in the 30.37m.
Redacting. I think I figured it out. Around 7m, but there's inconsistencies in my spreadsheet that I have to understand first.

Why would Oda quit OP tho when he has still things to tell about it? He's far from dragging the story unlike Naruto and Bleach. SNK won't reach those volumes like OP because Isayama's story isn't the type to take long to tell...
Also, let's not forget that One Piece doesn't have limited editions and spin-offs whereas SNK has tons of it.

Those special editions makes it more confusing.
I'm just going to stay with 5m already for 2014 and just wait for the mid-year count to see actual numbers sold.
