Awesome a PV!Looking forward to this!
But from this it started giving me some Bakemonogatari feels.I know it's just a PV and they just cut scenes from the episode but it still gave me that feeling.

Is made by the same director and the same animation company, so yes, it will have a lot of stuff like Bakemonogatari.

Is made by the same director and the same animation company, so yes, it will have a lot of stuff like Bakemonogatari. |
No, not the same director. That changed, apparently. Shinbo isn't doing this, though the new director has worked with him several times.

But Shinbo is doing this he's the general director while Yase is the director.

Looks like fun, Shinbo/SHAFT style. It looks and sounds promising, and hopefully, this will be lite on the fanservice, as the chief director and studio can get a little out of hand if the story presents itself. The characters seem pretty interesting, too, and I imagine if the series does well enough, you'll see pixiv and all of the other art sites bombarded with pictures of them…

Is anyone even wondering about the opening and if it's gonna stay instrumental? Cause it would twice as amazing if they put IA as the vocals. Just putting that out there.

Yess, yes, I wonder what's the difference between Chief Director (Series Director?) and Director? (according to ANN's encyclopedia).
Or how far does the Chief Director contribute or is involved in the directing of the series?
I've always thought that those SHAFT's distinctive style is unique to Shinbo, then after checking their series in the encyclopedia I found that they frequently change the director and chief director. I also find that Shinbo is almost always in the position of either director or chief director, though, with the director/chief director other than him I observed keeps changing, cmiiw.

To be fair, Kagerou Project is already pretty popular in Japan (since it's obviously been a hit vocaloid song series, novel series, and manga series), so pixiv is already pretty loaded. Although, while there are a lot of fans overseas as well, I wouldn't mind seeing it go mainstream  a lot of people dislike this, but...I need more people to talk about it with lol.

Hehehe, so this is the last of the big hyped series for the Spring season. I'm quite curious how this will turn out and hopefully it's approachable for newcomers.
