As always, demonstrates that more recent shows get more votes. Even relatively minor characters are featuring in the poll - I would have thought a "heroine" should be one of the main characters.
Personally my very first thought would have been Utena Tenjou, followed by Louise. |

Yep, the main 3 I could think of are on the list(Louise, Hinagiku & Momo). Along with Momo's sisters, Lala & Nana.

Honestly I don't care about the list itself but the basic premise "Pink haired heroines that are "pure" instead of slutty". There are just so many things wrong with that alone I don't even know where to start

She's like the ultimate in wholesome, winsome pink-haired moeblobbery. Also, to rival Super Sonico, what about Miu from Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero? She isn't "meretricious" in actuality, the show just draws her that way (Jessica Rabbit style, lol). ...I was unaware that pink hair was the hallmark of slutty characters; when did pink become the "new red"?
