That rifle looks like a modified TAR-21, an Israeli assault rifle. Looks pretty cool.

Of course it's way over priced for a replica and a airsoft gun. But this is for the Japanese market some fan with money to spare will buy them without out a second thought. Besides since they don't have access to real firearms they spend big bucks on replicas.
To me it looks like a FN2000 and Tavor hybrid I know in stand alone complex they borrowed a lot of FN designs for their Seburo weapons. Look at the thumb hole stock/trigger guard on the picture. But yeah for a few bucks more someone here in the USA could just buy a real Tavor or FN2000 for over $2000.00 plus what ever similar magnifying optic costs about another $1000.00 If they made a Seburo M5 airsoft I would buy one for the fun factor even though I hate airsoft. |
