You got the hots for Neko-Humanoid types.
I just finished where Togashi stopped in the manga. Wow.
I want to see how far Madhouse is willing to go?

Episode 114:
I'm really going to miss Netero's voice actor....
Anyways, decent episode with the action. Shoot and Knuckles were awesome in their fight. No doubt, I'm looking forward to the King vs. Netero and Pitou vs. Gon soon as those seems to be inevitable.
Cheetu also made a brief return too. But yeah, the invasion looks like it's getting action packed now. Poor Komugi still though

Gon sure was eager to fight.
Looks like most of them were making fighting arrangements.
Pouf is gonna make a transformation as well.
Can't wait to see into what kind of monster he'll turn in.
The only full blown fight was between Shoot and Youpi.
Knuckle was drowning in emotions...
Guess it was hard for him to stay put and just watch.

what's with this new style? Why do we need a commentator?
Is this a new form of fillers?

Apparently, this was how it was done in the manga and they decided to stay close to the manga here. It's supposed to be because all of the events of these final episodes in the palace are supposed to be taking place within like a couple minutes, so they used a narrator to detail how that's all happening within such a short period of time. I think most people don't really like it, but I can also understand how the show's writers may have been concerned that a lot of this stuff wouldn't have made sense if they tried to cram it all into like 2 or 3 minutes without using the narration. It's a bit awkward but they probably felt it was better to just stick close to the manga here rather than risk messing it all up.

Late to 111:
Hunter x Hunter, you just spent a whole episode moving our heroes from the doorway to the bottom of the staircase. Please don't be One Piece.

Episode 115
Mostly a slow episode, but that ending... damn! Why can't it be next week already?

Lower level ants making their moves in the background.
That wolf one was kinda annoying with is paranoia.
Youpi was funny with hurting the little counter guy.
Not much was going on this time..
Can't wait to see more fights!

Is it just me or does Wolfin's ability really look like Metalgarurumon? I agree with the slow pacing this time around. On another note, look @ Gon's face at the end. He just wants a piece of Pitou right now.

Episode 116:
A lot of feels this episode. Gon...I can understand your anger especially with what happened with Kite ;.;
Anyways, I'm still quite interested to see this highly anticipated fight.

It was strange seeing Komugi in that state.
Pitou was actually doing something good for a change.
Gon's anger was justified, but the timing was off.
He was completely blinded by revenge.
Unlike him Killua was seeing the bigger picture.
It sure was a first, seeing Pitou so desperate & scared.
It was also a first seeing Gon completely lose it.
Awesome episode!

Finally we hit a truly great episode again with 116.
And it can't be solely credited to the fact that my new archnemesis "Narrator-Man" is finally forced to shut his mouth for about 80% of the episode. Though that was a huge upgrade to the previous few episodes imo.
But you can't deny that the acting, staging, direction and animation in this episode was just thrilling.
Megumi Han acted her ass off and delivered an outstanding performance that manages to convey how much hate for Pitou Gon had bottled up inside him, while keeping the outer appearance of a mostly upbeat and hopeful boy. You simply believe that it requires all of his willpower to keep himself from just pummeling Pitou into a piece of black pudding. The tension in that scene was oozing out of my screen and I loved every second of it.

Hmm, i wasn't so much surprised about Gon's hatred for Pitou but about him losing it so completely that he acted like a total ass towards Killua and showed no concern for Komugi whatsoever...i get it that what happened to Kite really traumatized him, but that behaviour seemed almost a bit too OOC for my tastes. Anyhow, pretty intense episode...and i'm probably the only one who isnn't bothered by the narrator.

Wow that was some intense voice acting there. What an episode. I wonder how much longer the show's going to run.
