Never imagined Werner Herzog would be in a Disney-related film. Laughing

I'll be very sad if the special features don't include Hattori speaking the famous Inigo Montoya line. All in all it looks like a decent enough cast, I'm glad to see a lack of Disney kid stars in there.

Wow, that is quite the cast. I might have to go see this one in theatres, which will be a first for me.

Well, it's not really a kid film.

One of the few times I might be more interested in the dub.

But I kind of prefer Gordon-Levitt over Anno.

Well this is going to be interesting to see, can't wait to see how the dub will come out.

Satomi looks like he could've played William H. Macy. A number of years ago, sure, but still quite the resemblence.

Not to say Anno's acting was bad... but his voice just sounded too old for the character to the point that it was distracting at the beginning of the film.

I'm looking forward to what JGL brings to the movie.

Well, dubbing over Anno wouldn't be that high of a bar.
But couldn't they get Steve Alpert for Castrup? Wink

On a film of adults that even kids in Japan are bored seeing? Smile

Damn good cast. Hopefully the dub lives up to that pedigree.

You may not want to say it, so I will: Anno's acting was absolutely terrible. JGL will automatically make this movie at least 50% better. Whether that'll make up for its other problems is another matter, but man I am pleased by this dub cast (says the fan who almost never likes dubs).

Indeed. Hearing that Inigo Montoya is back for another Ghibli dub really makes my day. I really loved him in "Castle in the Sky."

That said, I expect there will be the usual naysayers who will turn their noses up at this dub... as they have for any Ghibli dub. I, myself, though, am looking forward to it. (Hey, I'm a sucker for Disney Ghibli dubs. Can ya blame me?)

Sweet looking cast.

Also, even though it's just two supporting characters who probably don't have a lot of lines it'll be nice to hear Mae Whitman again.
