Um, wow, this seems kind of... dumb actually.
Who knows, maybe it'll good? I mean you can't always judge something by its title... right? I don't think it'll be popular though.

Hate to be pedantic, but it should be 'okashiin', not 'okaishiin'. The hiragana clearly says so.

This seems like it might have potential for a few laughs, but I'm expecting this to be a pretty average title. Probably going to end up in the overall rating of around 6 here. And seriously how much longer is this little sister trend going to continue?

Well, if we consider it to have started around 2001 with Da Capo and Sister Princess, and the high water mark being Oreimo in 2010, then we can probably expect little sister anime straight through 2020. Laughing
