That is weird. Guess the American kids network are way too picky for even the most mainstream anime.

Unless it has fanservice, in which case Youtube might be the only option Bushiroad has.

It's also possible they just don't want to deal with American TV networks.

I've seen it in my local anime/TCG shop and I think in my local TRPG/TCG shop. I have the Madoka pack actually. The rules make ZERO goddamn sense however.

Quite sure they shopped Vanguard around. They really want it to mainstream. Heck, here's another spot where ya don't usually see anime ads - June 7 2012 Japanese phenom Yu Darvish pitching at Oakland A's:
