Vita sells more than 8 times as many copies as Wii U? Stick a fork in it, its dead.

Yeah, Nintendo is basically using the great hardware and software sales for the 3DS to offset the Wii U's dismal performance for the time being.

Nice to see GTAV continue to do well. Hopefully it continues, the game really deserves the sales.
And I wonder if Fairy Fencer achieved whatever it was supposed to. It sold about as well as other Compile Heart titles do. I still don't understand what the point of thier new label was and its not like it lead to anything. |

http://www.siliconera.com/2013/10/08/fairy-fencer-f-isnt-even-yet-already-moved-100000-copies/ I'm sure Compile Heart is fine with how it did. In Japan, stores buy a certain amount based on hype and expectations for how it'll sell, so Compile Heart sold their 100k copies. Its just the stores that are stuck with them all now... they expected it to be a much bigger hit than it actually was. |

At only about 3,000 units sold, the chance of me buying the WiiU is getting smaller and smaller as the days pass by...
Oh, well, at least I'm satisfied that Pokemon X and Y is still at the top. |

They said the same about the 3DS, at first. Let's wait until next year. |
