Pac Man is popular because folks like eating. You know, I never thought of it that way.

Anyone notice that purple Pac-girl on the preview pic? It looks like Twilight Sparkle, I can't be the only one who thinks so! I can't possibly ignore it, it keeps making me go "yay, Twilight!" (the, uh, good Twilight)

I'll be getting Phoenix Wright, naturally. I wish it got a cartridge release, but I'll take what I can get!

It almost makes me mad, that Square Enix missed that name, you pointed out, Drakengard Zero. Like you said, it's perfect.

Also having a 3 at the end will turn people away who think they have to play the first two. Zero is an accessible title. What a missed opportunity.

I'm probably in the minority but I'm excited that Phoenix Wright is getting a DLC case. I hope it won't take too long to come out.

As said before, being Japanese has no relevance in releases dates. Resistance is as American as it gets, yet it was released in Japan first.

Pac-Man's always eating as usual, but he has new abilities. He's Fire Pac, Ice Pac, Metal Pac, and he has other new abilities.

So basically they make Pac-Man suddenly imitate what Kirby is known for and instant success? Figures. I know Pac-Man's been around before Kirby and they both have emphasis on eating things, but still. Ah well, has anyone here watched the show?

Nice reference to Namco x Capcom in the annotations, by the way. XD

Agreed. I miss those classic SNES RPG days.

Hmm, I didn't expect to read an article about Pac-Man on ANN today, so that was a nice surprise. No mention of Jr. Pac-Man, though. That was a really good game that seemed to get overlooked. Plus, it had one of the best home adaptations on the Atari 2600 (and it's still fun and playable today!). But now I'm dating myself by saying things like that...

I saw Baby Pac-Man once as a kid during a family vacation, but never had the chance to play it then. The next time I would end up seeing it was just a few weeks ago at a local barcade, where I was finally able to play the bizarre hybrid. Oddly, their cab was on wheels and had no tilt sensor. You do the math.

What's with all these molestation minigames popping up all of a sudden? It's like B-list Japanese developers are just now discovering touchscreens.

As said before, it's still unusual, and it's still unfair to me. I have the right to be excited for a game, and disappointed that it's not coming out in the country of origin first.

Yeah because it was a launch title.

I wont get cosmic hero for the same reason I won't get any kickstarter game, 99 percent of the time, no physical release. I don't care for PC, but it seems to be the cheapest to make games for and Id rather have a PC physical release over a console digital only release.

I don't make games, so I don't want to say how hard can it be, but both WMG and Starfighter are able to make physical releases, and they even go the extra mile and do cart releases. That strikes me as being a lot more difficult than making a cd release. And neither of those are anything more than little indie makers, and they can still put out things like Pier Solar and Beggar Prince, Legend of Wukong, etc.

Surprised there's no mention of the Symphonia Chronicles Collector's Edition.

Most PC games don't have a physical release so that's an odd reason to boycott a PC game.

Besides the logistics of it all, Cosmic Star Heroine is going to sell for $10-$15. Trying to not lose money off of a physical version at such low prices would be very difficult.

If we were selling the game for $50 like Pier Solar, that would be a different story.
