And where will it be uploaded with sub?

1. Be patient. The Japanese company will announce a release date when they're ready. And if ANN deems this as newsworthy, they might post about it as well.

2. Since the first season was fansubbed, the second season will most likely follow. But we don't allow discussions on how or where to obtain them, so please do your own research on that.
