Well, since I really got addicted to Black Cat, I was wondering which do you like better for Train Heartnet...
Saya vs. Kyouko... Saya is spoiler[the one who taught train Heartnet about life in general, but eventually die in episode 6]. Kyouko, on the other hand spoiler[is a former member's of Creed's group who really was head over heels on Train] Both are really of the same personality, but who do you think is suitable for our Black Cat... Okay, for me I cast my vote to Kyouko... because spoiler[saya's dead] and she looks so kawaii with Train... They also compliment each others attitude both childish... hahaha But for some reason I really wish it was me... hehehe. But it ain't happening... So who is your pick and why? Glad to hear from you guys!!! |

Hmm....Well, Train's the sort of guy who'd forgive Kyouko for being evil...
...But let's be honest--Kyouko enjoys killing, and I don't think Train'll forgive her for that... I think that Saya was better for him, but I also think that spoiler[he'll end up with Rinslet.] |

I'd put Twain Twain with Rinslet. I also haven't seen the anime yet, and am up to vol. 5 of the manga, so my opinion probably doesn't much matter. And Kyoko scares me xp.

"Twain Twain"? haha... But I agree, I'd go with Rinslet. They have great chemistry and I just like Rins better then Saya or Kyoko. It probably has to do with the fact that Saya annoyed the hell out of me the anime. I liked her a lot more in the manga... I liked everyone better in the manga.

Ah, I should have put Eve and Rinslet on the choices..
BTW, if you based your answer on the manga, yeah, you'll find it at first that Rinslet is better with Train but the anime has a different course than the manga... and also have read the final chapter of the manga... hehehe... I won't tell what happen there... Well, Kyouko isn't scary... She's immature and funny... and she later on in the manga she will not kill anymorespoiler[ Read chapter 98, the Promise, of the manga to know why I said that] But I think Rinslet is better off with Sven, don't know why... spoiler[I think i the anime or manga, though it wasn't emphasize, I think it would be Rins and Jenos, the number 7 guy, in the end] Well, though i have a clue on both endings, anime and manga, if Train doesn't end up with Kyouko, I'll put Eve with her... After all he calls her little princess... |

Yeah, but in the manga you see that there's a sort of rivalry between them--Eve wants to be a better sweeper than Train. Also, she competes with him for Sven's attention. |

I just said my opinion... so, don't worry it wouldn't affect the story of the manga or anime... I'm just asking who do you think suits to be the loveteam of Train Heartnet? Since in the manga and anime, it really spoiler[ didn't say, to whom Train will end up]... We are entitled in our opinions, so I respect if you like Rinslet, but on my part, I like Kyouko and Eve, though they have an incompatible background with that of Train's, my point is, if you could have the authority to tamper the plot of Black Cat, who will you pair up with Train... So in my case, I don't care if Eve is a bit envious of Train, because for me, I don't see any reason why can't she end up with Kuroneko, if I have the power to do it... Well, thanks for the insight anyway... And BTW watch episode 12 of the anime and read chapter(oh darn, i forgot) so you would know spoiler[ what Rinslet thinks or feels to Jenos] |

Okay... But I still recommend you watch episode 12, 22, 23 of Black Cat if you really want to know what's happening with Rinslet!!! If you can't see one.. Just tell me to upload it in youtube!!! |

Thanks, but that won't be necessary--I'm against watching anime on Youtube, and I'm reading the manga anyway. But thanks anyway!

But if you ever plan on buying the DVD... Watch those episodes... And please don't compare the manga with the anime cause, they have a different routes of the story... |

Now that volume four is out I feel as though I have a bit of an idea of who Kyouko is. My favorite scene was the chocolate that Train ends up eating that she made for him. Kyouko is a fun character who for some reason reminds me of Yoko from Tactics.
I like how Train still thinks of Saya even though she is no longer in the series, One thing that bothered me about City Hunter is that Ryo almost never mentions Makimura spoiler[after he got killed ] despite the fact that Kaori is his sister. That last shot of the second ED credits is really a nice touch. It seems common for characters in long running Jump series to forget events that happen in the past as the countless volumes stack up. |

Didn't Train think of Saya as a best friend? I remember seeing something like that in one episode. Besides, there wasn't enough time for Train to see if Saya's more than a friend to him. Kyouko was irritating - Train thought of her that way too, didn't he? That's why he would always shove that cat on her face whenever she tried to kiss him. I think it should be Eve. They go so well together. But then again, Eve liked that old guy Sven right? Too much of an age difference though. Yep, definitely Eve and Train. |
