Four thoughts:
1) Awesome music video/promo!
2) Yay female directors! Not enough of those on either side of the Pacific.
3) Seriously, the video quality only goes up to 360? That's not "previewing your animation" so much as "previewing a low-quality pixelated version of your animation."
4) If

then isn't this technically the promotional video for the ONAs, not the TV series? Is the TV series a remake/expansion or a true sequel?

That was really neat looking. This is looking to be, provided that the television series at least equals the original net animation, among the most visually distinctive and impressive anime of the season. Some if had a loose, 'cartoony' feel that can work really well. And, hey, it had a girl in a sailor suit smacking a giant robot around with a giant translucent hammer that had multicolored circles in it.
It also stands out that the director is quite young. Considering Soubi Yamamoto's Meganebu, that actually makes two series by very young directors this season. I hope that both are successful; that would be a good thing.
I have high hopes. After all, Kōichi Ōhata was only 23 when he directed MD Geist!

I remember having my socks knocked off when this first came out in 2011. It's still as cool and cute and exciting as it was then! I hope that the new TV series has Yuki Hayashi doing animation again (in addition to her character design work)-- the way she draws action is ooh la la!!

I'm always down for visually interesting animation, so I'm all over this.

It helps that they had experience while working in Heartcatch Precure with Umakoshi.

I hope Crunchyroll can get this. I loved the OVAs. One of my most anticipated shows for the Fall.
