I read the forum rules and it clearly states do not ask for suggestions for anime, well why not add a separate forum just for suggestions?

it can keep em all organized and if you dont want to give suggestions you dont have to.

It would turn into complete chaos. It would be what the Anime forum would be like every day if not for the somewhat heavy handed (not heavy enough in my opinion) moderation. Imagine a dozen new "I liek naruto bleacha nd dbz what should iwatch next?" threads every single day.
