They have a Naruto premiere movie event...thing listed on the upfront 2007 preview. The preview really doesn't say much more, but I guess it doesn't have to.

It was supposed to be about the upfront thing, but it seems Naruto is the only anime that was mentioned. Wasn't expecting that.

It would appear a Naruto movie has been licensed and will be airing on CN in the prospective future, announced during a series of advertisements talking about "movie events"? I know not of what this Mid-Boss says, but that's what I gleaned from his vague blurps.
