I'm not a big fan of AMVs because to really love them you have to know where every clip comes from. I haven't seen enough anime to really appreciate a lot of AMVs. I also dislike the series specific ones even more, such as the AMVs dedicated to Naruto... although the Cowboy Bebop OP with Azumanga Daioh graphics was a thrill.
There has only been one AMV that I have ever liked and it made my cry almost every time I watch it (which was like 30!) and that was Billy Joel's She's Always A Woman To Me. It's just so good!

I've made my own in the past. I really love making them. I made some of Ashita no Joe, Hajime no Ippo, and Gundam.

Oh that was just too funny! I laughed so hard that I cried! Thank you for posting that one. I've saved it to My Favorites! Whoever did that did an excellent job of matching things up! I'll have to go back and watch some more of what he has done. |

It's got some good source material  Gotta love Pablo Francisco, I've heard that skit a dozen times, and the AMV does it surprising justice. Particularly, the mexican girlfriend bit

Wow, that was pretty good  , and the creator's little story in the description just added to the effect. And ah, those Sailor Moon dubbed voices... at least the first two seasons were tolerable, unlike S and SuperS.
It's the song "Hate Me" by Blue October, certainly one of my favorite /wrists songs. Here's another video with that same song, using Le Portrait de Petite Cossette. I might've liked it more if I'd seen the OVA, but there are some nice visuals in there.
