I never really thought Hisako stood out playing the guitar all that well. Hell, we barely even saw her. Odd choice to pick over Iwasawa from that series.
As for the list, I've never really thought of Mireille as a mafia princess. Eve Genoard is basically what I think of a mafia princess. Pretty much completely aloof to what her family has been doing for the most part.

On the guitar battle, I'm glad I wasn't alone in picking Yui and Guita. What she lacks in everything else, she makes up with energy and genuine talent.
To put it simply: The more people she watches play guitar, the better she gets. Having her just focus on solos could be frightening.
My Bride is a Mermaid could field three or four mafia princesses though none of them are typical. Also, Lunar Edomae's probably better at being a Yakuza boss than her father is.

The new poll seems right now, and the actual results from the previous poll seem right, but the description fo the previous poll still seems to be from the wrong week (it says heroine from a Junichi Sato anime, when it should say guitarists).

Weird. I wonder if an older version got saved over or something. Everything should corrected now.

Supposedly, in Azumanga Daioh, there are subtle hints that Chiyo Mihama's father (the never-seen real one, not the dream cat thing) may be Yakuza, chief of which being that he named his daughter "Chiyo", which is the kind of old-fashioned Japanese name Japanese mobsters stereotypically prefer to name their kids.
Also, if I remember correctly, pervy girl supporting character Misaki Hayakawa from the underrated Kemeko Deluxe casually mentioned her never-shown rich father was Yakuza at some point.

I know it's a manga but I wouldn't feel right NOT saying that, had it been an option, my #1 vote would have been Trattoria Trussardi from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

My restaraunt choice had nothing to do with how good the cuisine might be!
I went with the restaurant that a) I have little risk of dying in and b) is most interesting to sit in while I wait for my meal.

I wouldn't mind eating at that place in Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power, although that's more of a dessert place. Which is probably why I'd like to eat there.

Awesome to see Mireille there. Love Noir, so it's sweet that she got the number two spot.

Good List! Aside from Yukio and Kumiko, the first people I thought of were Ritsu Kasanoda from Ouran (of course he was only a "princess" once the twins got hold of him ) and Sakura Sakurakouji from Code Breaker. But the former is disqualified and the latter isn't really top 7 material, so I have no complaints with the selections.

The low placement of Oji Tanaka from Black Heaven in the previous poll made me very, very sad. As for the new poll....I wish to visit Naruto's Ichiraku Ramen and Wagnaria on different days. Regarding the mafia princesses list: Gods above and below do I HATE Higurashi. Opinion noted.

I just feel I need to try that ramen to understand that kid's obsession. Everything else is mostly deserts, which I can get anywhere. I would pay much to try that legendary ramen.
