That's a really high number for a single OVA episode. Did it come with something special?

Don't know but I hope it convinces them to do another TV series. This is already the 6th OVA.

Not too much, if CDJapan's description is complete.
I've got three of the discs on the list (Eva, GuP3&4). It's great to see the numbers still going up for Girls und Panzer. Only two more weeks before #5 ships out. It's going to be a really long wait for the movie, though... ;_;

I would've thought they're making OVAs as enough new manga material comes out to support another episode. It that's what they're doing they'd have to skip several years worth of OVAs to come up with enough material for a new TV series...that or come up with anime-original stories. Even if that isn't the case (ISTR the original series didn't exactly speed through the manga) they may figure there's only so much money they can get for this show each year, so it's harder to justify a TV series episode count and production schedule.

Awesome to see not one, but two different Girls und Panzer sets on the list. It just goes to show how much of hit it's become.

Eva still dominating. I am curious how many copies it will sell once the film releases worldwide
