It's listed in the DD encyclopedia page and in the reviews index, but clicking on this link gives this error message:

It looks like there was either a glitch in the URL when the review was posted, or maybe ANN had a server issue that somehow messed with the URL of the review and damaged it in a way that the URL became broken. I checked the URL resources of the reviews surrounding Review #1006 (Diamond Daydreams Vol. #3), and all their links were working:
Review #1005 was Carlo's review of Strawberry Marshmallow Vol. #1 posted on June 15 Review #1007 was Carlo's review of Full Moon Vol. #1 posted on June 22 Review #1008 was Theron's review of Boys Be... Vol. #2 posted on June 28 Review #1009 was Theron's review of This Ugly Yet Beautiful World Vol. #1 posted on June 29. So base on what I posted here, the review for Diamond Daydreams Vol. #3 (Review #1006) should have been posted sometime between June 15 and June 22 (and based on the schedule, it was probably written by Theron). I know that ANN had some downtime between that timeframe so quite possible something happened in the server that caused the link of the review to be broken. That's just my spectulation, though. EDIT: The review for Diamond Daydreams Vol. #3 is now available.
