Hi everyone. I am currently reading Fruits Basket manga and I have up to volume 18 of it. Do you know when the rest comes out because I haven't been able to find those (volume 19, 20). Also, is it going to end there or is ithe manga going to continue?

Hmmm...I don't have many of the books, I prefer the movie's better. Though, maybe you should try and check out a manga website that it's on. I don't quite remember the website to check out, but try things like viz.com.
I'm pretty sure you can get it within a few tries, good luck. |

According to here manga#2335 there are twenty Japanese volumes out. If they go past that I don't know. Fruits Basket is up to Vol. 13 here in the States so far, so it will be a while before it ends. |

If you can't find past 18 on the interweb my guess isssss it's been released but not scanlated.
I'm waiting to buy the viz-versoins myself, then I still am surprised by all the romantic development.

Thanks everyone! I think it would be my favourite one so far (I've just started reading manga). I've started watching the anime too, it's so funny.

Oh yea, with most people they saw the anime first because it was available first, myself included. [rant] This title can only be described as Golden-Shoujo, in my mind. It's so damned close to perfect. Definitely what got me into watching anime/reading manga that isn't just based around fight scenes and good vs. evil battles. A little drama and emotion is a nice change of pace, not to mention... c'mon, FB is friggin hilarious! I love how on point the dub is too![/rant] |

I've heard stuff and things about it being more serious, and that spoiler[unlike the anime akito is not the source of evil, or what-have-you. I also knwo a few curses get broken, sadly from msg boards without spoiler tags  ]

It's actually TokyoPop, not Viz...vol. 14 comes out in August, IIRC. |

19 and 20 are both out right now and I know that because I have them both
You can go to a site that sells tankoubon or if there`s a Japanese bookstore near you, you can get them from there.
