That's actually 3 new episodes. The first one is a rerun.

Sound's like they'll be catching up to YTV pretty fast, which I'm glad to hear. It's also nice because of the place they are at. The exam's a good bunch of episodes

I'm kind of ticked that they're showing 3 when they should be showing 6. The week before they started showing the Miyazaki movies, they didn't show any new ones (1), then the films (5), and finally the day they do start showing them again (6). I'll live, but it's irritating.

I thought they only showed four films: "Spirited Away", "Princess Mononoke", "Castle in the Sky", and "Nausicaa".

Yes, but he's adding 1 + 4 + 1 = 6.

I don't know what episode they left off at. Does this mean we'll get up to episode 30 and finally get to hear Orochimaru's voice??

Is it just me, or is it slightly ironic/amusing that the last new episode they showed was a recap episode and now they're going to rerun it again?
If someone was paying attention, they could have just not aired it then and shown it now as another 'new' episode so it could recap things for us in the 5-6 week absence. Not that it really matters either way, I suppose. Just seems like a better idea.

That's actually a really good idea. Using that useless episode for 30 minutes when it originally aired as a one-hour special is just stupid. They could have just used it as a recap this week. That's a very good idea.

Yes, I also thought to myself when they aired that recap episode why they did not just air it when Naruto comes back on since that would make much better sense.
I think no one should be complaining that they are not airing more than three new episodes since they could have just aired one. They are actually giving the fans more than they expected.

Actually, I thought they were going to show up to episode 30, so they're giving me less than expected . But hey, you've got your opinion and I've got mine.
In any case I'm not complaining. I'm just anxious to hear Oro's voice.

I know this is kind of off the topic, but can I ask you guys a weird question?
I heard that some radio show/news in Japan said that "Kancho~!" word is now popular among NARUTO fans worldwide. Is that true in the US? I don't know where else NARUTO is showing, but I was curious if kids/people are using that word and actually doing it.
By the way, the person who told me that said, "It's neat that Japanese words become popular in foreign countries, but 'Kancho'? I wish they picked a different word."
