I'm sorry but I find the idea of eating blindingly blue noodles to be pretty disgusting.

SCREEEEEEEAAAAM!! So is this blue natural or is it Blue no. 2?
And is that aoi as in blue or green since aoi means both.
Well, it ain't spinach noodles. Think I'll buy me some.

No green is "midori"
