Well, I don't know anyone else with a similar art style to Ai Yazawa (I think that's the other of those manga) and I'm not really into that art style.

However, I would consider some of Yuu Watase's works to be "sexy." Particularly, [b]Ceres: Celestial Legend (a.k.a. Ayashi no Ceres)[b]. It's much more fantasy than Paradis Kiss and Nana, it has a very dark (and sometimes depressing) story, and is quite violent and bloody. However, it was very beautiful art and I would consider it to be 'sexy'. Up to volume 13 is currently available from Viz and the last volume (14) should be coming out in a month or two.

I don't think I've ever read another shojo artist who can convey a feeling of "hipness" like Yazawa. It's hard to describe what makes her stuff appealing, other than the exellent characterization. While its art looks nothing like Nana/Parakiss, Nodame Cantable has alot of similar elements (interesting characters who actually develop in a appealing way, goofy humor), and I haven't met anyone (male or female) who doesn't like it.

I second the recommendation for Ceres, it was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the subject line. Ceres is quite different from Watase Yuu's other work, if you're familiar with them at all. Definitely designed with an older audience in mind than say, Fushigi Yuugi (though all Watase stuff does deal with serious issues).

Sexy, or Smutty shoujo manga? Cause ParaKiss sort of falls under the smutty area to me, where as Ceres is just sexy. Cool
