Has anyone ever got a manga where part of the frames on the side has been cut off? And if so, what have you done about it?

Are you talking about a printing error or an editing/censorship?

If only that tankoubon has the cut-off frame, simply return it to where you bought it and replace it with a new one. If it's an editing/censorship and you can't tolerate it, return/resell it (if applicable) and file a formal and polite complaint to the licensor, but don't expect they'll respond.

sometimes it's a printing error where the printing press somehow gets misaligned and it prints over an area of the page that gets cut off...

we always double check our books to make sure everything is properly laid out before we send it out to the printshop...so if a frame is missing then either we meant to censor that part out or it's the printshop's fault...
