HI .... i'm new in this site... and i want to Ratings some anime but i dont know how to do it... i tried to search where can I to vote but i didn't found .... can you please guide me where can i vote ???

You need to add it to your "Seen" anime list--in the top right corner of the screen on an anime's encyclopedia entry, there's a line that reads, "Have you seen this?" with choices "some" and "all." After you say that you've seen some/all of it and go back to the anime's page, it will say "This anime is in your seen some/all list. Do you want to rate it?" You can then click on "rate it" to vote. I guess they don't want people rating shows that they haven't seen, or at least slow down people who want to spam the votes.
