That's a terrible joke and I'm lame for getting it. I can see someone here also got the joke about her on Mitsudomoe.

And I agree with neji3994, Eri Kitamura should be on the list, too. She's divine.

Haruka Tomatsu, Kana Hanazawa, and Minori Chihara are my favorites, though.

Notice something missing here? No Aya Hirano! You can stop writing about her now, ANN. Not even Japan finds her relevant anymore. And squirrel-cheeks Ayana Taketatsu (Azu-nyan) is nowhere to be seen, either.

Hmmm... keeping in mind that beauty is a relative and subjective concept, my list is as follows:

  • Minori Chihara (Jebus lice, she's so hot)
  • Shizuka Itou
  • Maaya Sakamoto
  • Rie Tanaka


The rest just fall in line wherever beyond that.

The crazy part is, I can't tell you how many times on my 2 visits to Japan, older, presumably, expats (generally of Western origin) would act as though they didn't notice when a gorgeous or smoking hot Japanese woman would pass them. I see that I'm not alone in thinking that Minori Chihara handily beats everybody ahead of her.

I guess I'm not very keen on that distinctly Japanese style of bangs. There's a strange trend in the cheeks and noses that seems 'off' to me running through the first five or six, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Looks like Aya Hirano's popularity took a nose dive, she's not on the list at all. But then again I don't really keep up. I just know I heard she was popular. I guess the keyword being "was" here.

Nice to see Marina and Tomato-chan in the top 10. But, I'm surprised that Minako Kotobuki is ranked 14 in the poll - she's really pretty.

but yeah Marina deserves on 1st,,she is pretty and cute,,its one of my favorite seiyuu,,
but still my favorite is Horie Yui,top ten at least,,,,she is so cute,,,and does her voice too,,ahh Hitomi-chan sure is lucky to be voiced by her,
AND
we should make another poll
the cutest voice actress,,how's that sound?
or maybe there's already a poll like that?

Though just to be clear about this poll - it's about the prettiest face, not the prettiest voice nor necessarily the sexiest body (some gals have pretty face but no body, or smokin' hot bod -as ya put it- but paperbag face). So, that's a whole 'nother category altogether. Laughing

I think I'd have to see these ladies without make-up to really rank any of them. Seiyuu like Yukari Tamura look really nice while made up, but if you ever see a pic of her without any make-up...
