And Yet Daily Lives was picked up well after everything else. At least NIS could see the brilliance

was it actually any good? what turned me off was how similar it looked to Kimi no Boku, of which i nearly slipped into a coma watching
as for the poll:
-glad Another and Chihayafuru ranked so well, they were that good
-can't believe Guilty Crown ranked that high (not gonna rant on it, i've done enough of it already)
-unsuprised that High School DxD ranks highly
-happy Ano Natsu made top 10
-suprised Inu x Boku SS and PapaKiki weren't top 10
-Bodacious Space Pirates seems right imo, it was just too slow and "dull" (dull isn't the right word for it, but i can't think of the right one)
-disappointed Amagami SS+, Bakuman. S2 and Black Rock Shooter were that low

I loved Symphogear, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, and Guilty Crown. Not to mention my beloved Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream finished this Winter. Maybe with such great series all at once, this is why I'm feeling so disappointed with the current season.

Even though the have the same premise, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou is completely different than Kimi to Boku. While Kimi to Boku was like Hidamari Sketch with "boys" (They look like boys but they sure act just like their other moe couterparts) Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou was much more akin to Cromartie High. It's a comedy, and not a moe comedy by any means.

I take it by looked you mean you just looked at the character designed but never actually watched the show.
The first skit is makes it clear how dissimilar Daily Lives and Kimi to Boku are to each other.
Hell, the character designs aren't even that close, other than both using blue school uniforms.

Aww, Future Diary was just a hair away from top 10. Guilty Crown, Another, and Chihayafuru's spots didn't surprise me at all though tbh. Nisemonogatari also didn't surprise me as it was already voted in another poll for highest anticipating sometimes ago.
Symphogear was the one that surprised me the most.

Chihayafuru shows that the pointlessness of internet popularity when it comes to making $$$ isn't just a US thing.

Too bad Phi Brain wasn't more popular, I really enjoyed that season.

Disappointed to see Future Diary and Black Rock Shooter so low. I was surprised at how high Guilty Crown was.

I'm not particularly surprised or disappointed to see Black Rock Shooter so low. It was full of inconsistency, with sudden plot and atmosphere changes, and the story bounced off the walls without even a well-planned warning. It was certainly one of the most entertaining shows of the season for me, and I still consider it my favorite for the season, but... I can't really say that it didn't disappoint me in many aspects.
That being said, I do kind of wish that it was slightly higher. Even its ridiculousness was an attraction for many like myself...

Did anybody notice Shana got 607 votes?
lol, is it a typo? it shouldn't be ranked that low if it really got that many votes.

-Symphogear
-Sixth Place
SECOND SEASON WHEN?!
Sad to see AGE, EVOL, Danball and Xros Wars down so low.
Well, Xros Wars I expected to be low as it wasn't that great compared to the original two seasons.
