AN OPEN LETTER TO SONIA LEONG:
Upon hearing that you plan to do business in Kingston-upon-Hull, and thereby in the inauspicious north, I feel I am obliged to apologise profusely in advance.

Pah, she's been to Middlesbrough for Nemacon, and eaten and bested the challenge Parmo. She can handle Hull.
Also why does ANN always report upcoming events just mere days before? When you can't make plans at all? I don't get it.

Maybe cause UK animé news is slower than the metro.

A lot of the cons I've known about for a long while before they pop up here, via animecons.com and other places.

As for the Metro, trust it to be off this Sunday i.e. Sunnycon Sunday ¬_¬ luckily I live close enough to walk it in less than 15 minutes, but I know it's going to be a pain for fans coming in via Tyneside.

I assume you mean Sunnycon and not the Metro being off because there's almost always some Metro stoppage on Sundays somewhere in the system. As for Sunnycon, I don't know, there's a lot of enthusiasm there maybe it will return. I'd like to think it could, but the problem is will the Crowtree Leisure Centre even be around in 2013? I was under the impression it was closing (due to there being no swimming pool facilities there anymore) as it's not at it's best and that the land was going to become part of the Bridges.
...yay I miss the Crowtree the way it was but trust Sunderland Council to have no vision whatsoever.
