I was wondering if its worthit to buy the love hina games. I have been reserching it and theres two for ps1 and i think two for dreamcast but you need the japanese vershion of the dreamcast and you need somthing in order to play the ps ones too.

They're actually for the PS2. There's also one for the Game Boy Color and GBA if you're interested.
I haven't played them; but by the looks of it, you'll need to know Japanese in order to answer some of the questions it asks you. |

i played the gba game for a couple minutes (i don't know japanese). you go from room to room, if there's someone in the room you click on something to say, depending on what you said you either gain or lose points with them (and sometimes ya get hit along with it). then you choose a different room to go into, and it repeats.

Anyone know if there is going to be an English version, or whether there is a language select on the Japanese version? It looks great, But my knowledge of Japanese is very little.

I can answer your question easily enough by simply restating that it was released on Dreamcast and Playstation 1.

you need a mod chip or somthing that does the same thing ti play imported games dont you?

You can either import Playstation and/or Dreamcast or go with a mod. If you already have both, get them mod, if not, just import. Make sure you get the right voltage type, ie: 110. After that part, and you get the games, I'm sure GameFAQs will have translation guides for the games. I haven't heard of the Love Hina game that came or coming over here, so the chance that there will be option to change the text in to English is very slim. |

 Sorry, I forgot to specify that I was referring to the GB Colour or GBA version only, I dont have a PS or DreamCast

It's okay, I found a GBA Emulator version with english translations, I'll try that instead
