I'm sure she will go and preorder this beautiful iphone 4 cover right away (nsfw, btw). Sorry, I suppose I'm just too much of a prude to trust any show with merchandise with 3 year olds and 10 year olds looking like that. |

I think that's the first time I've seen cleavage on a 3 year old.
See, who says today's anime can't innovate? |

Dammit. You just made me snort Pepsi up my nose. I'm right there with you on Brave 10 and Guilty Crown (yes, I'm still tormenting myself with that one too). I think I stick around for the straight up ass whoopin' in Brave 10. It's been kind of a while. As for Guilty Crown, well I really don't have a reasonable explanation for that one. Please let me know if you figure it out. |

Well supposedly Sato is more of a "chief director" for Lagrange which I assume it has different priorities than "director." |

That can't be legal merchandise??!?!? Are this shows specially made for pedophiles? Last edited by thcozard on Thu Jan 26, 2012 12:48 am; edited 1 time in total |

20 bucks says Bamboo would be sucked in by ep 1 and crying by ep 2 if she started watching Natsume. And I'm rather enjoying BRAVE10. Don't care for Isanami but Saizou's kinda badass and Rokurou's wardrobe malfunction is amusing. (And he's obviously not wearing any pantsu.) Then again, I'm a seiyuu fan and this series has plenty of ear candy. Let us giggle at the fact that Kamiya voices both Natsume and Rokurou. I'm pretty sure many country's consider even the drawing's of children in sexual poses as child porn. |

Listen to Me, Girls. I Am Your Father does take it to another level almost to the levels of Kodomo no Jikan. |

About Lagrange:
Can you kindly direct me to when she was kidnapped? I'm pretty sure she was asked to help by Lan. A request she accepted, which is something of her defining trait: she likes to help others. They just "neglected" to tell her it was a full-time commitment until after she activated the robot. And she later acknowledges that she's the type to "finish what she starts", even if she was tricked into it.
She is upset. Quite upset. Does she freak out and run away into a movie theater to sulk? No, but she does make it very clear that she's not happy with being tricked into this. And she does what so many emo-pilots fail to do, she tells them straight out without sounding like she's whining. In fact, those involved actually look ashamed of themselves; except creepy-alien-guy with the closed eyes. And her "big sister" is even more displeased by it all. Hell, even the human commander is unhappy with it. I was rather pleased that she went through so much effort to avoid "collateral damage", something many a mecha pilot has lamented; though they never went to all that much effort to avoid it. Then there's the implication that having these things being active is A Very Bad Thing. We'll see where that goes, I guess. I'm enjoying this show, which is doing a great deal to wash the taste of Guilty Crown out of my mouth. At least with Madoka, I don't want to reach through the screen and slap her like I did with Shu. And speaking of Shu, if you really want a "hero" who wallows in his own angst like a pig in mud, he's your "man". |

Shu only did any major wallowing in episode 10 and that's because something traumatic happened. If the 2nd opening is any indication now he's going to stand up and further level up in badassitude.

The differences are mainly in the scripts, which were typically unfaithful to the manga in the first show. Also the nuance of certain lines. If you've seen the English dub (which is actually very accurately done) and read Viz's translation of the manga, the differences are pretty apparent. |
