I am looking for a soundtrack CD that has the fourth closing from Rurouni Kenshin on it. They use this closing in the tv series, after they use Heart of Sword They start using it for the closing somewhere around episode 39.

Do you mean "It's gonna rain!" (the actual title of the song is in English) by Bonnie Pink? The Rurouni Kenshin "Best Theme Collection" vocal CD (Sony Records SRCL 4206) has all of the TV theme songs (OP and ED) up to 2/3rds of the way through the TV series. There doesn't seem to be a "Super Best Theme Collection", updated with every TV theme through to the end of the series, though (at least not listed at AnimeNation).

I have 'The Best Theme Collection" and I know which song you are talking about, but that is not it. I'm talking about the one that they play witht he video of all the Kyoto characters in the background and then ending with a picture of the reverse-blade sword. It is the closing to the episode "Shakku Arai's Final Swing" ep. num. 39. Thanks anyway though.
