Yeah, Miku isn't exactly the best example one can give students of English. She's near unintelligible most of the time when singing in English. Luka is only a little bit better.

I was thinking "Hey! This is great!" and then I saw "comming soon". Words cannot describe my feelings for now.

It seems you guys aren't aware that Crypton Future Media co-creators of these two vocaloids, are working on an English version of Hatsune Miku running on the new version 3 platform, and that will be released "in Spring of 2012". But I agree I thought the same thing when I saw that picture with the misspelling.
Luka already has a "sort of English sounding" voice bank, but it's more Engrish than English, and it was originally developed for use with songs not coherant enough to use as a teaching aid. however having said that Luka was still more coherant than Miku which is even more incoherant in English, hense the language upgrade. Crypton have even paid for English lessons for Fujita Saki Miku's original voice sample for the English version. We have yet to hear any proper example of the English version thought there was what was billed as an "English Sample" during Crypton's panel in NYC, but it was very controversial as to whether it was Miku, or a sample of the Kaito Append VB. It was a very poor example and Crypton never varified.
[EDIT]I need a spell chequer too.

I wasn't too thrilled when I saw the misspelling either. The only thing I can think of, other than the obvious, was that it was an intentional play on "comm"unicate (isn't that a Vocaloid's function?), but that would probably be stretching it a bit.
Edit: Corrected typo.
